Sold!

Our tree had 4 bids on it and it sold within seconds of the auction closing. The tree's purchaser was the cutest, shortest, little old couple from Heber, Utah. I stayed around the tree all night watching people talk about the tree, I was a nervous wreck! I didn't realize I was attached to the tree, until I realized there was no way it was coming home with me, I started to cry and walked away. Funny how much I fell in love with a tree. It was just a very healing project for me.

I will have to post a picture of the winning couple when I can. You can find our tree at the South Towne Expo center now through Saturday. You will find our tree on isle O-03.

Thank you again to everyone who helped!

  1. Bran, the tree is GORGEOUS!!!! Well done. My mom called me on her way home and told me about the cute couple that bought the tree and how she wanted to get it so badly. I am so glad that the little old couple were able to meet the both of you and hear about Aaron. That tree will mean so much more to them.

You and your little family are so easy to LOVE.

  4. I can understand why you fell in love with that gorgeous tree! It was the first tree we went to see (thanks for disclosing the location.) I saw so many people reading your story as they stopped to look at your beautiful tree. I especially loved the title of the picture. It was very beautiful!
