Halloween revisted

Remember this post about 'Halloween'. Well Preston was just not sold on the costume without the weapon idea. One night before Halloween I walked in on the discussion that Preston and his Dad were having. It went something like we could make your hair look like the Avatar.

Later that night Sam explained his idea to me and I heard we can just color his hair blue with an arrow in it. I remember I said sure that would be okay.

Fast forward to Tuesday night before Halloween. I left the house. I left my son with his trusting Father. To return to this!!




Oh LOTS and LOTS of tears were shed. Lots of what were you thinking, how are you going to explain this to my Parents!! After a day of silence on my part, and a day of a little boy believing he IS the Avatar, I learned to deal with it, and let Preston enjoy it.

He was a hit for Halloween, but it had to be gone by Monday morning per the Principal of the school's request.
