I wanted to start by updating from Halloween, but that post will have to wait. I brought the wrong SD card from my camera downstairs, and there is no way I am moving or the little boy who hasn't slept in a while will awake and it will be bad.
We will start with early summer this year:
We graduated from kindergarten and from the 6th grade. The last time the boys will ever be in the same school at the same time again.
We left the day after school got out on separate vacations. Sam and Preston on the west coast to visit his brother in Southern California. While Stockton and I headed to the east coast to visit Washington DC and New York City.
Preston and Sam headed to Sea World. I now have a boy who is all about sea life. In fact in the past 5 days I have watched about seven documentaries on marine biology, and all he talks about is going back to the ocean and being a dolphin trainer.

He also sent me a text message and told me "I am tall enough to ride California Screamin' should I ride it?" Followed by this picture:

Off he went and ended up riding it a few times.

He loved the crab sandwich and getting in the hot tub at his Uncle's house.

Stockton and I had a blast in Washington D.C, although we did experience the rare record breaking heat wave and humidity that almost killed us. In fact we found t-shirts to just describe our vacation:

That should just about describe it!
We did go to D.C Cupcakes or also known as Georgetown Cupcakes, and to Carlos Bakery or also known as the Cake Boss. If you look really close you can see Buddy waving out the window. Loved all the goodies we tried.

This trip I noticed this!!

Stockton is officially taller than his Mom.
When we came back from our trips the next weekend I ran the Wasatch Back. It was a lot of fun and loved every minute of it! I was very glad to have an awesome team and can't wait to do it next year.

(okay Ryan and Tessa, I blogged!)
This has made my DAY!!!! Thank you so much!!! I love the Sam Jensen Family so much and miss you all so very much. You're right... Stockton is taller. :)
